I''m Mariam
I started my own wellness journey over 20 years ago, when I joined my first yoga class as a teenager. I was fasinated how my emotions, my mind and my body are all interconnected and work together to create my experiences called 'life". As I navigated through my parents divorce and my own personal difficulties with anxiety and relationships, I chose to dive in deeper and learn holistic tehcniques that could help me heal from the inside out.
Since then I'm so grateful to have supported thousands of students and clients around the world through my content, consultations, workshops and courses, talks, and retreats.
